Connect OrgX to Codex CLI

Add OrgX to ~/.codex/config.toml and sign in with codex mcp login.

Steps

    Edit the Codex config

    Add an [mcp_servers.orgx] table with the OrgX MCP URL to ~/.codex/config.toml.

    Sign in

    Run codex mcp login orgx and approve the workspace in the browser.

  3. 3

    Confirm the session

    Read the authenticated tool list. When orgx_get_workspace_context is available, use it to read the authorized workspace, then retrieve one linked record. Installed plugins keep their declared profiles; informational profiles use the search or status tools they expose.
