OrgX v1.0.0 was approved for ChatGPT on September 29, 2026. The public OrgX listing now offers Install plugin and shows version 1.0.0.
Connect your OrgX workspace to retrieve shared context, inspect initiatives, and find pending decisions with their source-linked records. Your next conversation has a place to look for the work already underway.
Acceptance and availability
The September 29 approval made OrgX ready to publish. The public installation listing separately confirms present-day availability. Those are two milestones; the approval date does not establish when the listing first became public.
This announcement covers the listed version 1.0.0. Client capabilities vary. ChatGPT write and fresh-session recovery support remain partial beta capabilities; use the documented flow for the action you need.
Three skills for shared work
The public listing includes three skills: initiative operations, runtime reporting, and deviation reporting. They guide work with the initiative record, reports of what an agent did, and meaningful changes or failed attempts. A report remains a report until its evidence and outcome are checked.
Start with your workspace
Open the OrgX listing, choose Install plugin, then follow the connection flow. Sign in to OrgX, select your workspace, and review the access you grant. You can also search for OrgX under ChatGPT's Plugins.
Begin with a read of your connected workspace:
OrgX, confirm which workspace I’m connected to and retrieve one recent
decision with its source link. Don’t create or approve anything.
Check the workspace and open the source link before a handoff. An empty workspace may have no decisions; that alone does not mean the connection failed. Start with a read before asking OrgX to change or launch work.
The ChatGPT setup guide covers the connection flow. If your workspace blocks directory plugins, use its documented Developer Mode fallback. ChatGPT’s plugin guide explains plan, region, and administrator restrictions. Follow the flow available in your client.
